Any sweet treat that could be eaten after a meal. It does not have to be served in a dish. Crème brûlées, Churros, S'mores, Mochi, and Banana Splits all count as a dessert.
Great desserts like Tiramisu, Banoffee Pie or Apple Crumble are often simple combinations of existing ingredients. These are allowed.
Not allowed: new flavours of an existing format (for example, a pineapple cheesecake), or a minor tweak of an existing item (for example, ice cream with toffee sauce).
Anyone over 18 can enter. Team entries are allowed.
